Meg White is an advocate for social justice, accessible health and fitness, and community building. In 2021 she co-founded J.U.I.C.E, Justice Unites Individuals and Communities Everywhere, a grass roots group focused on uplifting community members struggling with the effects of racism. For her work in the community received the Corporate Community Partner of the Year Folsom Cordova Schools in 2015 and the Jack London Award from Lawyers Committee For Civil Rights SF in 2023. Professionally she is a body-positive fitness trainer with over 15 years of experience in inclusive training with a focus on decolonizing the fitness industry. In 2011 she opened her own fitness studio, to build an inclusive fitness community for all bodies. In 2016 she received Business Of The Year from the East Sac Chamber. She is a NASM certified personal trainer, and strives to create a safe space for people to explore their relationship with movement.
